INTERNSHIP ACCOUNT
REQUIREMENT
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of accounting records
- Help prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly closing procedures
- Organize and maintain financial documents and files
- Help prepare basic financial reports and schedules
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
QHSE EXEC
REQUIREMENT
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards and their application in a service context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in RCA tools.
- Excellent documentation, report writing, and presentation skills.
- High level of integrity, initiative, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate teams.
TECHNICIAN HVAC
REQUIREMENT
- At least have a certificate in the field of air conditioning/electrical or higher qualification in Engineering with ≥3 years’ experience in ACMV system OR Diploma in engineering with ≥2 years’ experience in ACMV system OR SPM qualification with ≥8 years’ experience in ACMV system
- Able to work under pressure and be positive.
SUPERVISOR HVAC
REQUIREMENT
- At least have a Diploma in the field of air conditioning/electrical or higher qualification in Engineering with ≥ 5 years’ experience in ACMV System OR Certificate in engineering with ≥ 7 years’ experience in ACMV System
- Able to work under pressure, be positive, independent, computer skills and always committed to the task.
- Good communication skills with customers, management & subordinate workers (Technician or Internship).
JR. ESTIMATOR
REQUIREMENT
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in related field, however fresh graduates are also encourage to apply
- Familiar with HVAC & R and Total Facilities Management(TFM) industries will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office/Autocad applications
- Must be able to work long hours and willing to travel
