3.Prepare Letter of Award to subcontractor
4.Sourcing new supplier, material & prepare price comparison
5.Update, manage & monitor project costing for all on-going projects
6.Meeting up with supplier & subcontractor for negotiation & discussion on pricing, terms & conditions, quality of works & etc.
7.Handle delivery of material / equipment to project site
8.Prepare monthly report for monthly meeting
9.Collaborate with Account & Finance Department on supplier /manufacturer credit term

1.Review Material Purchase Request Form from end-user to ensure details information has been provided
2.Ensure that purchases adhere to departmental budget
3.Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors
4.Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers by reviewing criteria such as terms, reliability, availability of the required goods, their delivery times and support structures
5.Prepare purchase orders and contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems
6.Planning on consumables and equipment readiness as preparation before the project execution
7.Liaise with tender & project team to ensure timely delivery of the materials or products
8.Verification upon invoices for all purchased items and deal with account payable for prompt payment or any other issue related to purchasing process
9.Organised the selection of suppliers based on a criteria and evaluate the supplier’s performance by grading the suppliers into several groups Subsequently, a communication will be made with the suppliers to discuss on how to solve the problems and ask for some corrective actions upon the weaknesses
